Hello, and welcome to my professional teaching portfolio!
My name is Vicki Craig, and I live in Granby, Connecticut. I have taught for the past eight years in southern California, and recently relocated to Connecticut with my husband.
I graduated from Gonzaga University (Go Zags!) with a B.A. in education and from Grand Canyon University with a M.A. in education. I have taught 3rd and 4th grades almost exclusively. I love teaching this age group because the students are just getting interested in writing, which is my true passion in life. I have tons of experience teaching ELL students, and therefore I understand and fully appreciate the unique needs of diverse learners.
I am a true collaborator. I simply know no other way, as I have only taught at PLC's (Professional Learning Communities).
